Now that October is here I can really start thinking about Fall/Winter wardrobe.  I just bought a pair of similar booties in taupe see here and I love them so much that I feel the need to have a pair in black (nothing wrong with that). Everything else is pretty much basics except for the ring which OMG I can not stop thinking about. What's on your list this Fall?  Thanks for reading. 

Fall(ing) In Love With Jewel Tones

With the arrival of New York Fashion Week inspiration lurks at every corner. This fall it's all about rich hues like deep purples, red wines, sumptuous olives, burnt mustard tones, and rich browns. They liven up any outfit and add that perfect pop of color while still being appropriately subdued for the cooler months. Not to mention they photograph incredibly well against fall's fiery canvas. All it takes is one or two peices of color to bring an outfit from has been to in the now. From accessories, to colored denim and everything in between, (like nail polish for those of us not so daring) these peices are making me wish fall's crisp chill was already upon us. Hey everyone. Just wanted to drop in and wish everyone a Happy Labor Day. Also wanted to share my weekend outfit of the day.  

I was in Salt Lake City this weekend and wore this to grab a bite to eat. (sorry about the mirror pics, and the poor lighting but I don't have a traveling photographer, ha ha.)

I never thought red would be such a staple in my closet until I got these colored jeans. They have been on repeat since the day I got them, all through spring and summer. Add a dark colored top, a lightweight leopard scarf,some booties, and a blazer (still a little hot for the last two) and they're ready to take me well into Fall. Being stuck on repeat suddenly became okay.

So I realize that it's still summer but I'm already romanticizing about fall.  The chill in the air, the leaves turning, the fall colors all around, it all can't come soon enough.  This summer has been HOT and I'm ready for cool fall weather.  And I'm lusting over these items to add to my fall wardrobe.
